About Franki:
IHEARTCOMIX! started in 2003 by creator Franki Chan as an outlet for publishing comic books and throwing parties in Los Angeles. It has evolved into a record label and a relevant blog within the electro music community. Besides event organization and record label ownership Franki has DJ sets at several successful weekly nights around the Los Angeles area. He is also responsible for events such as: Fucking Awesome at the Beauty Bar, Cinespace Tuesdays at Cinespace, Block Party at 1650, Sunday-Funday at The Standard Hotel Rooftop (downtown), Loose Tooth at Forbidden City/Josephs, CHECK YO’ PONYTAIL at Safari Sam’s and THE NEW CHECK YO' PONYTAIL at Echoplex. When Franki isn't hosting parties or recording records he is holding it down on the stage bringing electro music that is sure to keep the crowd dancing.
